Climate Cycle’s Student Leadership Board (SLB) is a unique opportunity for students who want to get more involved with Climate Cycle to bring energy reduction to their schools and other schools in our network. This small group of high school students will be in charge of bringing changes to their schools, speaking about their work, and helping spread the word about leading more sustainable lives.

As an SLB member, you will be exposed to a variety of businesses and organizations throughout Chicagoland while improving your skills and knowledge about energy and the environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your professional network by working closely with these organizations.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to plan, implement, and assess environmental and energy improvement plans in your and other schools through the Student Leadership Board.

You will have a major role in shaping Climate Cycle, something that you can write about in your college essays and can include on your resume.
